BEFORE YOU MOVE IN:
Tenancy Agreement Fee – Tenant Fee: £125 plus VAT per property (£150 inclusive VAT):
- Processing of application, associated paperwork and referencing (identity, immigration and visa confirmation)
- Contract negotiation (agreeing and amending terms, if necessary) with landlord and tenant
- Arranging of tenancy and agreement
Please note that this is a one-off payment. There is no charge to the tenant for renewing the tenancy agreement.
Inventory Fee (Charged by Chase Inventory Services “C.I.S” - Inventory Provider)
Check-in fee to be paid by tenant (unless agreed otherwise) – Fee dependent on the number of bedrooms and/or size of the property and outbuildings
Check-out fee to be paid by landlord (unless agreed otherwise) – Fee dependent on number of bedrooms and/or size of the property and outbuildings

“C.I.S” is an independent Inventory company.
DURING YOUR TENANCY:
Unpaid rent: Interest charged at 4% above Bank of England Base rate from 14 days (or as specified in the tenancy agreement) after rent is due

WHEN YOU VACATE THE PROPERTY:
“End of Tenancy” Clean by professional cleaning company
